Richmond Yards is a transit-oriented housing complex located right next to the Richmond Ferry Terminal. The apartment complex is approached through a sustainable perspective by providing both passive and active sustainable strategies. The complex houses 182 units divided into work-live units, studios, 1-3 bedroom units, and townhouses. There is also a hotel situated in the southernmost β€œBar” accommodating guests attending events at the world-renowned Craneway pavilion right next to the Ferry Terminal. Richmond Yards features a large public parking garage for daily commuters working in downtown San Francisco. A public plaza hosting coffee shops and small stores is strategically located at the waterfront between the garage and the ferry terminal.
